Yoga Therapy
Rebecca is a fully trained yoga therapist, having completed a 4 year, 800hr yoga therapy training and 150hr internship, and since 2016 has been working therapeutically with people with a variety of issues.
Mysore is a style of yoga class where students come and practice in their own time while the teacher is able to work individually with students in a group setting, tailoring and adjusting their practice.
Shiatsu is a Japanese healing practice that Laura Davidson and the late Martin Julich have practiced over 75 years between them! The school has been running in various forms since 1992.
